To restore functional movement to tendons of the hand. Complete 10 times every hour, unless recommenced otherwise by your PHT therapist.


Isolated Blocked Exercises

Hold for 3 seconds, repeat 10 times every hour, unless otherwise directed by your Hand Therapist.

Pronator Quadratus

Hold for 10secs, repeat 5 times, unless otherwise directed by your therapist.

Complete exercises as instructed by your therapist
